    Because it is literally how gravity works in the verse, or rather the brane cosnology that the verse use, Welt can't reach Ryuusuke, until he realizes gravity works on all dimensions thus allows Welt to reach the guy, the rest is just hax doing its works

    Dude what? This have nothing to do with the issue in this thread, i'm not talking about tiering of the cosmology, i'm talking about the characteristics of brane cosmology that allows gravity to have the same force across all its dimensions, membranes. Did you guys even understand what i said?

    Higher D mean dimensional superiority, that mean there must be difference in force between higher D and lower D. However Singularity Rebuilt statement literall is, gravity works the same on all dimensions, this goes against the dimensional superiority standard of our wiki regarding higher D.
