    I don't think Fox could generate the AP necessary to hurt Kirishima even with normal Hardening, and Kirishima has more than enough AP to hurt Fox. Considering they also have comparable reaction speeds, I'd have to say Kirishima would win.

    Say if a person with a normal run speed of 6.5 m/s can break out into a full sprint and reach 8 m/s, but can only hold such speed for a very few seconds at most (Too short a period to truly make a significant difference in reaching a target faster), would they qualify for Athletic Human speed?

    So Saber Diarmuid is considered to be 7A because he has B+- Strength. However, Eric Bloodaxe has the same strength ranking but is only considered 7B+. Does this mean that Diarmuid should be taken down to 7B+, or should all B+- Strength servants be considered 7A?

    Grandpa Gohan is listed at 8B, while Oozaru is listed at 8C. However, it was said that as an Oozaru, Goku killed Grandpa Gohan simply by stepping on him. Would this not put Oozaru Goku at the start of Dragon Ball at 8B?

    I'd say Deku wins based off of higher AP, and it says Ivy's pheremones can be restisted by those with high enough willpower, and Deku's willpower is legendary, intentionally breaking his broken fingers just to win a contest and such.

    I'd say Todoroki based off of experience. While they likely have around the same amount of time with their quirks, Todoroki was trained by the Number 2 hero in the world, and was specifically bred to have a certain quirk to train, so it stands to reason that Todoroki is much better trained.
