    Question: what is the make up of that forum like? If that post is anything to bo by they are a lot more intelligent and vested in the material. Do they have staff members who have final say?

    Worst Gen is the most free One Piece Forum I can think of. There are low IQ trolls just like every forum and there are people who enjoy serious discussion. It's all a whole mix. I find vsbattle very oppressive in the manner which they handle opposing opinions. The staff on Worstgen are simply there to ensure that things don't get out of hand but as far as free discussion goes, you're free to discuss whatever you want. The consensus on anything there is based on how well you argue, how close you are to the members there or just how funny you can be while presenting your point. You should check it out. It even has a very active discord.
