    plenty of powers dont "create energy" they take it from somewhere and use it like food or absorbing it from their surroundings, the only difference is that its gravity instead of food etc. Its a mechanism to deal out force.     Noted to have destroyed a building in wiki page, Tier change from 10A to 8C teleported glass into pillars to destroy a building (could have been done with any matter) can teleport 130.7 kilograms, to a distance of 81.5 meters from herself. (volume 8) with gravity should be over 2 tons of force...
