    Looking at the list, I don't think anyone else scales off of her (except Nico Robin has Mr. 1, Zala and Mr. 2 listed as people that she scales off of, so Zala would just need to be removed from that).

    Do you mean what would we scale Zala to instead? I believe we can just scale her to be superior to Nami's combat speed, put an "At least" rating on her speed to cover her superiority.

    I think there's a little bit of an impasse because Nierre and I have expressed some concerns we have about the Baroque Works agents scaling, and there's been some objections to the speed backscaling.

    I agree with Legion that Rosine probably shouldn't be scaling to a later version of Guts who has the Berserker Armor.

    Agnaa is right. I don't know what 2x would be mentioned if the gap already has to be less than 1.2x, and mentioning the "+" seems redundant since any gap under 1.2x means there would already be a + symbol in the tier of the value that is being upscaled.

    Maybe the raws say something more specific, but as far I can tell a "hierarchy of strength" doesn't necessarily mean all statistics.

    Why would she scale to Mr. 2? Some of us are just unconvinced by it. I'm not looking for reasons for her not to scale.

    All that would require is rating Zala to be superior to Nami which is why we have the "At least" ratings.
