Outdated tag for DAL

As the OP states, the vast majority of Date a Live profiles are incredibly outdated, not only in terms of formatting but they have a lot of missing scans, spelling errors, and for some characters like Mio a slew of abilities missing from their page. There are ongoing efforts from various supporters to overhaul and fix the verse, however people have been busy and life's been moving, so they haven't had the time to doing this. As such, I'm proposing that an outdated tag be slapped on every single profile except Maria and Marina who were more recent additions, this is (I hope) a pretty simple and self evident CRT that shouldn't take more than a single staff approval

Even Kurumi is somewhat outdated honestly, though her profile is in far better shape than the others

I mean aside from just literally missing scans and references for some of her P&A's, she's missing her DAB key, she's missing simple things like speed amplification, retrocognition, info analysis, etc to name a few
