Tho I would like to participate I wouldn't be the best representative, one of the reasons why I nominated him is cause Satella at some point said that Reinhard has more skills-slop then the character I wanted to nominate which I don't think that is necessarily true and the other is as you said yourself if it is gonna take a while it could happen that said character gains a profile. In other words Reinhard is not my first choice and I would be a larper and in a tournament where you are looking for the most skilled having someone not that knowledgeable on said character represent them would be like having a good racing car but not the necessary skill to drive them. If the most skilled driver got the best racing car they would overshadow anyone else. This reference was for you guys @God_of_perversion @DavidTPPM

I don't really think anyone who enters this tournament without having Acc Develop would go far anyway
Also, it is not a short amount of skill slop here that so far would justify someone basically having it because of how much they're able to counter-adapt

"Skilled characters" when you tell them that manipulating reality via skills is not a skill feat.
The only shit that isn't supernatural there is pressure points (weakspots shit). Everything else is supernatural abilities disguised as skill

Yeah, I was told that breathing properly to increase the strength output to a one-shot level would be restricted to a degree (the amp specifically). Cutting anything isn't really any better.

Cutting anything is more like being able to perfectly align whatever you are holding to strike at such a precise angle that whatever you are cutting gets cut through. A character who is an eternity of training below Reid could perfectly cut through the nerves of a person such that there was no blood loss and no physical damage to look at either but all function of the limb would be lost. Not like it matters because Reid is gonna be capable of one shotting anyways with deadspot or smth similar

I'd count as him having a 1.1x buff because it really sounds like "in the verse anyone can hit a weak spot if they're good enough and he's consistently good enough to always hit those"

i'm standardizing all of those weird buffs to be 1.1x so don't feel like i'm mistreating you in particular or the character
