BFR: Only interdimensional/portal-based BFR is banned. Throwing someone far away via raw LS is allowed—it's a physical tactic, not hax. No ring-outs means they don't lose just by leaving the arena; they have to be killed or incapacitated.

Speed boosts: Multipliers are capped at 2x baseline. Accelerated Development and Reactive Evolution are allowed but also capped at 2x. Transformations that increase speed count as multipliers and follow the same cap.

Yes that's fine it will be just an ability spam match for most of whoever you are picking since physically they won't be able to do much. But as long as ability can do the job i don't see why not.
