Difference in AP is barely 2.2x and the stronger from the whole DC squad, meaning croc upscales quite alot. AP difference should be quite insignificant with that. Now the croc has Class 5 LS and the plane has No LS rating (Unknown). Meaning bro is getting ragdolled upon contact. Mind you, the plane has No intelligence rating while the croc just acts on instinct like a fiend.

The plane fights by ramming It self into the oponent, Croc would need to grab the plane fist with will not be that easy

the plane is literally a plane so should still weigh about as much as a plane. The calc it gets its AP from uses 72 tons as a number and I don't think Class 5 is part of that

Anyway, uhhhhh
Both should have around equal AP due to the upscaling. Croc has the skill/experience advantage, while SP has the mobility, speed, and size advantage
It'll be hard for Croc to stop SP since he only has Class 5 LS and can't exactly grab and hold onto it as it's flying, or it'll just try to shoo him off. I also doubt he's smart enough to pull something like that off.

Personally, I'm going with SP, I just don't see Croc dealing with a flying enemy that's faster than him
