From a legend born of perfection… walks a presence that feels like destiny itself took form.
Graceful.
Untouchable.
Every step… filled with quiet certainty.
Power that doesn’t seek attention… it naturally commands it.
The one-winged symbol of fate…
Sephiroth.

And across him…

A soul torn between darkness and redemption.
Disciplined.
Resolute.
Every step… a battle against what lies within.
Power restrained not by weakness… but by choice.

The heir of devil and redemption…
Jin Kazama.

Tonight…

Destiny…
meets self-control.

A man who embraces what he is…

Against one who fights to become something better.

No need for words.

Just aura…

where perfection and perseverance share the same silence.

For starters, in the flashback sequence in Nibelheim, Cloud and Sephiroth fight a dragon, and as we can see, the dragon proceeds to deal 0 Damage to Sephiroth. With Sephiroth countering with a simple attack that deals over 3000 damage. The dragon then kills Cloud in 1 shot. And being the nice man that he is, Sephiroth revives Cloud, and proceeds to murder the dragon.

Now we jump to the Nibelheim incident. I don't think any explanation is necessary here, it's just sheer, raw, Badassery.

And I'll provide aura moments shared by the Sephiroth supporter as they aren't here right now.

Back for another round

Sephiroth casually deflecting Ifrit's attacks

Also Sephiroth casually one shotting Ifrit

Sephiroth's honest reaction after Genesis tells him the truth about himself (aka, Sephiroth being just an experiment):

"Whether your words...are lies created to deceive me...or the truth that i have sought all my life...it makes no difference. You will rot."

Then i suppose we can go over Sephiroth as the actual final boss of FFVII

For starters, Sephiroth has not one, but two consecutive boss fights: one against Bizzarro Sephiroth, and one against Safer Sephiroth

Focusing on Safer Sephiroth, we can see how the design is both a combination of divinity and monstruosity, of Jenova's godhood and Shinra's sins, which result in the most divine and heretical being the world has ever witnessed: Sephiroth.

But that's not all for our big guy here: one of the most iconic moves in the entire franchise is Safer Sephiroth's Supernova, a deadly spell that locks the entire battle on a minutes long cutscene of the entire solar system collapsing after a meteor launched by Sephiroth penetrates through multiple planets and makes the Sun explode:

AND WE'RE NOT DONE YET

After the fight, something strange happens to Cloud and he starts having a mental crisis. The following are his words:

"He is still...here."

"He's...laughing..."

And then, when Cloud dives into the Lifestream in order to stop Sephiroth once and for all, we see him standing there, mercilessly smiling and laughing, showing off his abdominals and muscles as he is shirtless:

Aura. Itself.

Let's start with the big guns

First video:

Up to 0:06, we can already understand the context needed in order to understand the situation the cutscene takes place in: a group of Rhadoran soldiers pushed our Shinra/SOLDIER troops into a corner. Then, our main squad decides to come out and give them all what they've got, only to stop after seeing something descending from the sky (0:11): a white feather. The camera angle changes prospective completely (0:14), we now see a helicopter in the sky, multiple feathers falling down, and birds as candid as the falling feathers passing by, all in slow motion. The camera angle changes once again (0:15), and we're now looking at the ground again, except for the fact that...a new character has appeared. The feathers fall at his feet, the Rhadoran soldiers halt the fire, and we don't get to see the SOLDIER's face — what we see is his blade (0:23). The blade is unsheated, and he's now standing in the middle of the battlefield, giving his back to the camera, and facing off the entire enemy military team combined (0:30). He launches himself into the fight (0:31), the Rhadoran soldiers shoot missiles against the other SOLDIERs — but those missiles were cut in half before they even reached the target (0:37). They all drop their weapons (0:42) — not because they surrended to Shinra, but because they surrended to death (0:47). Not only the entire team is annihilated, but even their cargos and vehicles, with only one man standing in the middle of this carnage (0:57). Reinforcements approach the unnamed SOLDIER, but he activates a Materia (1:03), returning all of his opponents to the ashes God shaped them with. The survivors can only look in disbelief and be amazed at the terrifying scene of said SOLDIER in the middle of the fire of war, of slaughter, of carnage, of strife, of conflict, and so on (1:18), who only then turns around (1:30), showing a face as perfect and beautiful as that of the Devil himself, with only one name obscuring all the thoughts in their mind: the legendary first class SOLDIER, Sephiroth.

Second video:

Third video:

(Take into account that Sephiroth standing in the middle of the flames of Nibleheim is also one of the most iconic cutscenes in gaming history, reason for why you can see it many times across the multiple medias that belong to the Final Fantasy VII universe)

Sephiroth acting nonchalant while having the Buster Sword at his neck:

Sephiroth landing gracefully and nonchalantly after sending Zack into the depths of the Mako reactor with little to no effort:

Sephiroth giving the Jenova stare at Zack, fully showing what the perfect human weapon looks like:

"I am the chosen one. I have been chosen to rule this planet."

His theme starts playing, and he destroys the entire platform but one straight line that still manages to stand:

The game warns you: "If you are driven to the edge, the game is over." What follows is a boss fight in which Zack has to desperately stop Sephiroth from advancing, who just comes closer and closer menacingly, sending Zack, step after step, closer to his demise:

In Sephiroth's reveal trailer for SSBU, we can see Galeem, who is essentially the god of Light beating the crap out of the fighters, and we see Galeem literally aura farming with an army of Master Hands, then they get sliced in half by Sephiroth. Mind you this was what Galeem was doing when they were introduced:

And Sephiroth completely cut Galeem down to size, with a single hit. Then his fighter reveal text just says "Sephiroth Descends into Battle", which alone establishes that Sephiroth is above all these fighters.

Then he summons a storm cloud.

Jin Kazama has one of the most iconic themes in gaming, so much so, it had 2 versions in his debut game

The arcade mode version

The console version

And it got remixed several times throughout the years since

Tekken 5 Devil Within

Tekken Tag Tournament 2

Street Fighter x Tekken

Tekken 8 remixed it too

Also gained a new theme in Tekken 6 when he became a boss character in the game

Which Tekken 8 remixed it as well for a story battle, like done previously with Jin iconic theme

Same with his devil form too, his theme in the debut game being this

Then later getting remixed for Tekken 8 as well for a story battle too

Also for such a big gaming villain, bro is aint got so much aura at times

Especially when he is made to wear fluffy ears and tail and call his biggest enemy Cloud a good boy too, bro is sus as hell in here, especially

And he is being even more sus when he pretends to be Tifa and for some reason has the need to do a girly pose with skirt lifted up too, freak ass Sephiroth

Sephiroth's sheer aura also allows him to have 4 different theme songs:

[Altough the last 3 do sound similar, they should be counted as different due to having different lyrics (the Advent Children one, for example, is in fact a continuation of the one from FFVII if we analyze the lyrics), instruments and overall rythm]

Do also note that One Winged Angel is not only the one and only song with actual lyrics in Final Fantasy VII, but it was also the first song with actual lyrics within the franchise.

One of Sephiroth's most iconic moments is surely him picking up his legendary iconic sword, the Masamune, in Ever Crisis.

The whole team wonders where the blade is, as they couldn't see it anywhere, yet all Sephiroth does is reply with "No, it's here..."

He then casually manifests it like nothing with his own hands:

And continues his epic line, "...and it will be mine."

Makes his sword longer cuz he can:

And then strikes a cool pose:

He then also randomly adds that the sword "Could be longer."

But then, he faces a problem: with such a long sword, he would also need to search for a scabbard that long:

But this is Sephiroth, so he simply makes it disappear:

And then reappear like nothing:

(All of this right after picking up the sword btw)

And lastly, to conclude the aura farming of the scene, we have a comment from Angeal: "This sword shouldn't exist."

Showing you just how powerful and auraful Sephiroth was even at such a young age, being able to master a sword that shouldn't even exist in seconds, and to show off just how badass he is.

Devil Jin theme in Tekken 5 Dark Ressurection

Remixed in Tekken Tag Tournament 2

And used in Tekken 8 as well with its own remix take to it

Also in Tekken 5 Devil Within beat them up Jin faces a Jack robot that he defeats

Next he fights a clone of his grandpa and then 3 simultaneous clones

Then fights Ogre in his beast form

Muuuch later, he faces Ogre again

Then it morphs into a kaiju like form and Jin beats as well

And here we are told hundreds (minimum would be 200) of Jacks, something like the one we seen in first stage presented at the beginning came at Jin waiting outside, his devil made sure they are scraps from the slaughter he made of them

Here is Jin special intro with Clive Rosfield from Final Fantasy 16, both aura farm before the match

Here is Jin special intro with his devil self, whom tries to take over him, but he tells it off and flexes his aura off before they fight

Here is Jin special intro with Lars, commander of the rebellion army known as yggdrasil, both doing a fist pump with aura coming out of it before they battle

Here is Jin super with dialogue unique to just his father if he wins the round with it, not only he aura farms all the way from start to end, but he tells him, how bro lost to him

Here is how we kick off chapter 1 in the story, Jin rides a motorbike, sees Kazuya and rides all the way across a building to the top to toss it at the helicopter

Here Kazuya tries to get a punch in after a missile dropped between them, Jin dodges it with ease and punishes Kazuya for even trying

Here Jin with his devil power in use, telekinetically dumps cars on Kazuya, lasers him and then picks him up by the face to drag him all the way on the building, just to drop him head first through a whole other building

Here his devil self tries to antagonize and intimidate him inside his mind, aura farming along the way himself on him, with Jin beating him in their 2 battles he acts villainous to him

Here Jin faces Kazuya and challenges him to a laser duel, that he wins and turns around the tables, unlike last time in chapter 1

Here Jin combines his devil power and mother powers from her clan to become Angel, whom oozes aura, look how it made Kazuya react to and get as a result of trying to throws hands with it initially

Here, Angel Jin and True Devil Kazuya, chapter with their battle titled, clash above the heavens, literally happening in space on a falling rock acting as their stage, listen to the music and how both has so much aura, it clashed with one another to show whose aura farm was better

Here Kazuya tries to aura farm and blast Jin with Ls, but Jin avoids all and punts his dad, to sit down and take the L for this instead

Here Kazuya gives him all the aura farming he had, which was pretty strong, yet, Jin uses his aura to bring literal heat later on

And pays his father back with his own equivalent to the biggest aura farm he had

Even after all that, both still had aura in them for another clash, their aura was so powerful that they created pure artistic aura over the planet, let me know when Cid can pull off that much aura, cuz his so far is so small compared to Jin

Kazuya vs Jin final battle, after their stage falls down, both are just humans, yet both gotta decide whom is the better aura farmer, aint no winner till one has no more to give, here is how we start, with a cool lightning strike with both giving us a cool clash and just listen to the music

We getting this cool exchange between both, Kazuya gets the upperhand a little, but Jin delivers a comeback, just listen to the music and scene at hand here

Jin aura farms and his theme kicks in afterwards, Kazuya could only resort to talking shit on him, Jin got under his skin

Kazuya tries to get aura back, only for Jin to stop it and spin uppercut his ass away for even trying that

Jin goes on offensive, Kazuya tries to retaliate, then Jin hits him with "be like water" on him, look how pissed Kazuya is afterwards and how he retorts back on Jin words and styles on his dad with his mother fighting style

After some exchanges of dialogue and memories flashing back, Kazuya acknowledges his aura, yet wont back down, we getting a cool QTE segment, again listen to this music we hear for all that and we move to their 2nd last battle

Jin palm strikes his ass back, Kazuya gets mad, to the point he curses him yet again, only to continue to their last battle

They have more left him in them, Jin pulls along his father their series logo to wrap it up, Kazuya falls down and Jin gets to aura farm on his laid out body as a tornado approaches him, unflinched

Now to bring up a few other stuff, in his friend ending, Xiaoyu, whom he knew her from their highschool days, he just stands there, prompting her to basically confess, bro has such rizz, he made her act up

Here are his intros, here are his win quotes

Here is Jin and his father dialogue with Leon Kennedy in a crossover

The Mishima family, from which Jin is part of obviously, has a bigger beef then Dante and Vergil from Devil May Cry do and they acknowledge their beef runs much deeper

The beef between Jin and his father scares Felicia from Darkstalkers and the enemies according to her, despite coming from a series full of pop culture monsters

Segata Sanshiro, the image for the Sega console for many years, praises the director of their series, who worked for 30 years on it, calling them fantastic games

He and Kazuya tells the Shenmue protagonist off

Shows disrespect to his father

Both Jin and Kazuya disrespect their grandfather/father Heihachi

Jin makes a girl fall for him, making Xiaoyu get jealous in turn, to which Jin tells both that he aint nobody prize basically and to get a grip of themselves

this and other left fairly 60

And despite all the aura Jin supposedly has, he still didn't make it into smash

Also I will adress this, Jin didnt make it in smash because at the time ultimate smash bros was around, the recent game was Tekken 7, with Heihachi vs Kazuya as the main event and Kazuya winning the final battle

And after Jin already had a big role in Tekken 6 previously, so it made more sense to go with Kazuya at the time whom had bigger importance in the story back then, Jin being important in Tekken 8 again, which is about him vs his father, its not for lack of aura, also being his son, Jin inherits all that by default
I don't care what the outcome will be, but I will say, Kudos to you BlackDarkness
Thanks and appreciate

Jin literally became a boss character, with his own this title card as the new King of the Iron Fist, as you are welcomed by a Jin sitting on the throne, staring at you before the battle

Here is him styling on military vehicles with missiles and gunfire on a motorbike and later styles on the fodders that work for his father, on the same motorbike before engaging him in close combat

And this is him using his aura to approach a demonic being of godly powers and put him in his place like a boss, where you gonna see literal use of aura like this to put down deities in their place and Azazel is a higher dimensional being, whose appearance, frightens others and has the power to reduce being to ashes, whom has these cool, title cards too

Jin tag teams with Xiaoyu and finishes this ugly ass monster, similar to how his grandfather Heihachi did at the end of this fight where Jin faced both his father and grandfather simultaneously in a 3 way battle, gramps never learns his lesson and pays the price by the end of it for thinking he finally gets to flex on Jin, stand rush style, like the monster did as mentioned

Jin Kazama took his father place as the main character and what better way to make an impression then by using this opening for starters

Trained in self defense by his mother and in advanced Mishima style by his grandfather the King of the Iron Fist himself at the time, Jin trained to become a powerful fighter and after years under his grandpa tutelage, he challenged him to a battle, making him kneel and bleed by the end

Here he fought his rival in the tournament and finishes it in style, so much so, that they recreated the moment of the hit chains of attacks, with history repeating itself

In the tournament after the finals, Jin faces Heihachi once more and gives him the hands, even after his grandpa thought he got it in the back a little later, Jin just gestures him to give him the best he got and sitting his ass down after defeated once more

The supposed killer of his mother, the ancient god of fighting Ogre, met his defeat as well at the hands of Jin, when he came for round 2 as a beast, Jin showed him that he aint built like him by headbutting his ugly mug into a dead god, so what is a retired unc of god of war gonna mean to Jin Kazama when it comes to aura?

Heihachi also tried to take Jin by surprise, but once again Jin proved to be him and shown gramps, yet again, he aint that guy, just by letting his aura manifest earlier

In here you can see Jin face Kazuya, his father, that tried to be antagonizing him, only to get laid on his back, then his grandfather talks mad shit and challenges him again, only to get beat, again, shook as he is about to get killed, spared by luck only to walk away and take off

Here is some dialogue with his rival again in yet another bout of theirs and later with his great grandpa, whom he also defeats and takes the company under his hand, with some new drip and more aura, Jinpachi was known as a big name, yet Jin didnt think of him as anything so legendary

This is Jin and Kazuya tag team attack, where their opponent ends up getting caught in the middle of their clashing punch, something so iconic between them, it became the series unique logo

I will wrap up for now with a sneak peek into what Jin vs Kazuya final battle was gonna look and be like, with Jin aura farming by the end to show his superiority
