Why wouldn't he be able to hurt Homelander then? They both upscale from their values so now the only thing he has to worry about is the less than 2x AP gap. Bats is a combat genius while Homie is a manchild who has never fought anyone who can actually put up a fight against him (and the one time he did he ******* DIED). He also has no resistance to electric stuff, ice stuff, sound stuff, and fear gas.

The issue isn't with the statement, "Batman outhaxes Black Noir". The issue was when people asked, "How Batman outhaxes?" no one really explained, nor did people really address the AP or LS Gap like we did.
