I think Ditto actually wins this one. This Angor Rot guy will literally be fighting a clone of himself, except time isn’t on his side as if he stalls too long then sunlight would incap him. Plus Dittos stamina looks better
 
dosn't ditto do not copy equippament that isn't obvious in the oponent? Angor probable takes this thanks to his equippament
