If the ranged attack is very large, like, large gusts of wind (I don't know how the character attacks from a distance), Dooku wouldn't be able to dodge so quickly because of the size of the attack; he would have to defend with TK.

For you to overwhelm a decent force-wielder with danmaku, your danmaku has to be VERY impressive
