Would this structure potentially qualify for H1-A+?

The structure is called Ouranos. Here are the scans and statements about it:

1. It is stated to be above the 3 Heavens (Hell, Paradise, and Heaven)
2. It is stated to have all possible worlds and be a place of worship, perfection, and divinity.
3. It is stated to be completely transcendent over the other 3 heavens to the point that there can be no comparison made

Further context about the 3 Heavens. The lowest heaven, Hell, is stated to contain an uncountably infinite number of spatial-temporal dimensions to contain Demons, Souls, and other Unholy beings. The middle heaven, Paradise, is stated to be Eternal and outside the confines of space, time, and structure. The highest heaven, Heaven, is stated to be a realm for beings of divine strength and nature.

I don't know if this would be enough for H1-A+, as the laws of thought aren't mentioned directly, but possible worlds are.

There’s already a Multiverse within the cosmology which contains stated to contain all possible dimensional structures from a point to something with uncountably infinite dimensions. And Ouranos is a realm where there’s a throne that’s really all that’s described about it. There’s nothing that says there a reality is within this reality or whatever it’s just stated to be the highest reality within the verse among what I’ve already stated.
