Charlotte's Portal Manipulation/Dimensional Travel + all attached abilities are restricted. Charlotte will have no equipment. Cloud Nine's Temperature Manipulation & Transmutation is also restricted. This will make this match inapplicable to profiles.
Anything above 7-C is restricted and starting distance is 10 meters
Speed is equalized

NOTES:
Charlotte has a 9.876x AP advantage

Both have equal Stamina

Also, Nine’s regen should only help him take blows if they likely weren’t already targeting anything vital since High Low regen only accounts for minor organ damage. If Charlotte lands a decent hit on Nine before he realizes that “oof ouch she makes my bones feel funny”, he’d be donezo.

I’ll look more into how their abilities interact later since I’m a little busy and am just dropping by to see the thread : P sorry for not, like, bringing up a 100% foolproof argument for Charlotte winning within a nanosecond accounting for every clash of powers or anything

Also he DID beat down a one arm no powers human Homelander in his base form where he is basically a no powers human whos 5'6", 90 pounds with nothing but pure skill making up a power gap between him and a 5'10" dude

Not to mention even in Hyper form Homelander with his powers could physically overpower him (Like with Soldier Boy in a 1v1) and with skill and versatility he always used that power against him, like grabbing his fist, leaning into it and uppercut him away with a blast of plasma from his fist. He always loves taking advantage of his agility, like when he dodged Homelander flying at him to get the V1 from Cloud Nine's hand and then Cloud Nine grabbing his boot and spin throwing him into Soldier Boy. Plus dealing with the Tank (Shoot a beam at Soldier Boy to incace him in crystal temporary) to focus on Homelander's perdictable swings and lunges with his agility

Game Master isn’t actually immune to EMPs, they just couldn’t actually reach him due to his passive forcefield. Though the fact that Charlotte could absorb Cuphead’s Electro-Bolt, the same one that completely fried and reduced one of Charlottes Drones to charcoal, rather than be harmed by it should mitigate the emp.

There’s also the fact of

Charlotte is NOT a robot, she’s more akin to a fleshy sphere surrounded by a robotic shell. EMPs work by releasing a pulse, which passes through wires, cables, or circuit board traces. Said pulse then forces a sudden, massive electric current through these wires, which causes the whole “short-circuiting” part. Problem is, Charlotte’s main shell doesn’t really have all of that, at least I think? And the rest of her body is just made up of portal energy, so even if Charlotte’s Electricity Absorption wouldn’t work here, there’s not much to even fry in the first place.

First parts fair I suppose, but Charlotte wouldn’t really need to predict what he’s doing, she’d just be wary of his abilities and how he fights.

Also, if I can ask, how can he harm Charlotte? Because as of right now, Charlotte not only one shots him into paste, but Charlotte also stone walls the phooey out of Cloud Nine here. His Temp Manip ain’t viable here, so he can’t torch Charlotte, I don’t know how well his durability manip would work against something that only really has an organic head, plus I’m not sure he’d even try it again after seeing it just doesn’t work on Charlotte’s body, he’s got no way of knowing that “Charlotte” is actually a little meat circle located at the head of the body.

Also, if he tries using his Danmaku, Charlotte could potentially just shapeshift her enter body into the plasma blasts, and just replicate all of the plasma blasts and send them right back at him. He HAS Attack Reflection yeah, but from what I’m seeing he doesn’t have the necessary feats to back up redirecting hundreds of projectiles at once.

If he decides to do something like this as a means of suffocating her, it wouldn’t do much to Charlotte as she’d scale to other drones who can survive in space.

Add all of that to the fact she could just fill the horizon with portal energy by smelting the planet, and that it’d only take ONE hit or even just one energy blast to reduce him to paste, I dunno if Cloud’s got this one. I’m leaning towards Charlotte.

A lot of Cloud’s wincons seem like things he’ll likely try doing after realizing that “hey this robot is completely tanking my attacks”, which may take a few blows for him to realize. Comparatively, Charlotte’s wincon of smacking him (or any of her other stuff like the projectile reflection + danmaku storm) would both work and is what she’d go for out of the gate, and her Info Analysis would allow her to be wary of Cloud’s wincons.

It’s a close debate but to me it just seems that, since Charlotte will be more likely to use her wincons before Cloud + she’ll be wary of his wincons, she’s more likely to win. I’ll still wait before voting, though, since as I said it’s a close debate and there may be counters to this line of thinking as well.

Anyways to get back onto topic, none of this is explaining how he’d actually hurt her. He can’t crush her or anything due to the immense AP difference nor will any of these actually hurt her unless they have some dura-negging properties.

I feel like this is so over-complicated and so specific compared to Charlotte’s wincon of just hitting him ONCE with literally anything. I REALLY doubt he’ll resort to this before Charlotte kills him, given how much versatility he has.

Not to mention Charlotte has enough mobility and hax herself to prevent herself from even getting hit, thus extending the time it’ll take for him to figure out she stonewalls the shi outta him.

PLUS, since she can also survive space, she can survive the radiation within space. So she’d be able to hold out slightly.

That thread is only happening rn cause Broly can't survive in space and/or can be choked, both don't apply to Charlotte.

He can only restrain her, he can’t choke her out because there’s nothing TO choke out, and he can’t harm her due to the massive AP difference.
