It's kinda been confusing to me on where the responsibility of a CGM accepting or declining a calc ends. Some seem to think it's purely whether or not the math and methods are correct, and some take into account the whole context. Bit odd, innit
Considering CGM's are often ones who decline/approve CRT's - I think it's a bit closer to the latter
I actually tried to account for this in a recent CRT I did by listing the higher combat speed as only a possible value to deal with the inconsistency.
It's probably the case that CGMs who are more familiar with the verse the calc is about are more likely to look at it from a lens beyond purely math, really.
CGMS dont have voting power on CRTs
Characters who are contextually supposed to be faster than the attacks they avoid at point blank range are an exception to this rule.

the thing that makes me dislike it to an extent is the brainrot content surrounding it. Another thing used to be that it is completely meaningless. Like there's no background to it, some guy said 6 7 and suddenly everyone is doing it. Usually there is at least something you can dig up on a meme but this one never had any rhyme or reason to it, it was spontaneous. 69 - sex position, joke older than your mum, 420 - weed number, apparently some students met up at 4:20 to smoke joints in some college, 67 - no info available. Otherwise it ain't the first time a meaningless meme appeared, the issue is more so that I don't like meaningless memes in general. Something like "Me and the boys at 2AM looking for beans" with a picture of photoshopped spirits could still be dissected in many ways. 67 is just a number and a gesture. That is all.
I don't really like that meme because it became way too overdone, even more than low taper fade I'd say. Other than that I think this meme is kind of meh, old memes also could be meaningless from time to time, they aren't automatically better than this
Memes can be funny when meaningless for sure but honestly seems like wider audiences/more people find them more funny when there's relevance and thus significance to said audiences/people, even more so when there's also a nostalgia factor to them, though I do hope there's better/more relevant/significant and more funny memes in future.
I mostly enjoy memes that are part of some fandom, since they are quite niche and make fun of fandom's/media's problems/tropes/cliches or might be used to troll/confuse someone who's not knowledgeable enough (like those memes where Sukuna is called "king of kindness" or smth like that)
If it was possible to preserve/conserve and "benefit" the world/universe as a whole/make a utopia for all that exists, that would be ideal, but sadly the preservation and conservation of certain types/forms of matter require the destruction and conversion of other types of matter merely to exist, so honestly it'd only be possible to logically be able to try to do so for living beings.
