RULES:
Both are at 7-C
The Harmonizer will be given one Resident to control, and the defeat of that resident will be a win con.
Resurrection & High-Mid regen via that restricted. This means that this match can't be added to profiles.
Anything above 7-C is restricted and starting distance is 10 meters
Speed is equalized

NOTES:
The Harmonizer has a 2.09x AP advantage
The Harmonizer has the IQ advantage
The Harmonizer has the Range advantage

Mega Man X has the LS advantage
Mega Man X has the Stamina advantage

Harmonizer’s IQ description says nothing about their skill, so X should have an advantage in that category. Combine this with, say, a pseudo-black hole or a Z Saber, and X likely has a decent chance of winning here. What’s the args for Harmonizer winning?

Yeah on top of The Harmonizer’s precognition, ESP, and Clairvoyance, while X is immune to mind control (I don’t know if Empathic Manipulation counts), he is still a digital/mechanical being made of data and physical components.

Instead of attacking X's mind, The Harmonizer can target X's digital framework directly—basically altering his entire code—glitching his physical rendering, then altering the laws of the local data he occupies, or destabilizing his physical form by manipulating the digital environment he is forced to manifest in via Data Manipulation and Information Manipulation (Type 2). Along with complete Technology Manipulation, X is a perfect meal for Harmonizer.

I dont know exactly how strong the Harmonizer's info stuff is, but I dont think it's shown to be strong enough to tear apart a digital character. All it's described to be capable of doing is "rendering" a character, which innit of itself feels creatively based rather than destructively based.

Half the reason that The Harmonizer was allowed despite having incredibly strong hax is that he hasnt really shown himself capable of using any of them in a harmful way, at least in the story. It's part of the reason why I gave him a resident to control, so he can actually fight :000

So from what I can gather for Harmonizer’s args and counterargs, while he theoretically has the abilities to pull a win, he can’t really use them in that way (and, if he did, he wouldn’t have been accepted). If that’s the case, then I’ll vote X.

Well The Harmonizer definitely has evidence for creating, maintaining, editing, and managing digital entities via those abilities
