Is it not allowed to use standard battle assumptions if the character used is not registered in Versus Battle ( VSB )?

If you are debating a character "in" versus debate forum in this website using SBA but the doesnt have profile, then you cant because the profile is not exist in the first place.
But if you using SBA as a standard reference for battles outside wiki, it is allowed, no forbid in the page.
