Here's the thing: under normal circumstances, I'd say characters could survive the hit, they'd just be injured. That's why the Skavenslaves aren't an instant hell no like a Gutter Runner would be, just because one stabbed the elephant doesn't change that that's just an injury, not instant death.
Combine that with AP-based soul manipulation, and suddenly yeah, besides the Skavenslaves, they are one-tapping everything.
You literally need god-tier remnant to survive that. And even people like Frights Afton aren't exactly happy after a hit.

That is a horrible match for the Froggit by the way, as their defenses are worse than normal, their soul attacks do not function against someone with THAT kind of uninteractible soul, and they have no survivability whatsoever to bladed weapons lol

Also, if barely 3x that is iffy and those things have 10-B durability, why do you think that 7 of something that out-stats the majority of the tournament is a good idea? The Skaven are glass cannons. Elephants are not.

Your 670 kilojoule elephants. Two submissions thus far have sub-200 KJ stats, one has double digit joule durability but numbers and decent AP to make up for it.
Just having 5 is a lot, considering how Elephants roll. I would be submitting like 3 if I didn't do that, or using my beloved

I don't see the problem, elephants scale at most to this stats and their normal attacks would be much lower

Elephants don't have the problem of 0 loyalty, or cowardice. Welcome to Skaven, before the fight has even started, they've probably glassed some of their fellows.

Honestly I'm not very vehement on the 3 Elephants thing, the reason I'm willing to put in double digit skaven is because... well in-verse, outnumbering an army 4 to one is considered being outnumbered to them. From there I just need to spitball a number and hope it sticks.

I'm not an expert on his comics (I've only read like 2), but would Symbiote Jeff the Land Shark be a good pick for this? Going by his profile, his stuff seems pretty decent, but not too overpowered, so I'd say it should be ok

In large groups scale up to 768,350 joules. At max there can be 18 at a time in a group (maximum they've ever been seen in) so can we throw like 8 of these idiots in?

Actually, if it balances things, can I replace Froggit with Dr. Starline? He scales to 8260.256 Kilojoules, but has no LS feats due to Warp Topaz & Tricore being restricted here.
