But it just has to mainly come from the planet itself and not really some added stuff. So we wouldn’t, say, count a planet as being strong because it has super strong laser attached to it

Apokolips and New Genesis have some wacky stuff to them involving their abstract natures, being reflections of order and chaos in DC, being beyond arithmetic, it's denizens viewing numbers as a trivial understanding of existence etc
