verse equalization means you would just equate one power system to another and equate garous energy manip to magic

yin magic is a specific form of magic iirc so no that can't really be equated

the only thing verse equalization really does basically is equate garous energy manip to magic/mana

It's just his first name lmfao, in-lore it's not even offensive, he takes more issue with being called a Maneater when he's more than happy to eat basically any meat put in front of him.

You'd never get away with naming that character in modern times, thus is why he was made in 1983
 
If Garou is an enemy of the world, which he is, Reinhard would go to extreme lengths to stop him, we already saw him being prepared to allow his own father who was supposedly being held hostage to potentially die, if it meant stopping a certain helmet bastard.

Side note lots of match ups are outdated since Re Zero characters got downgraded a whole ago, should try getting those removed at some point.

Hardcore mercenary.

He'll do anything, he'll kill and eat anything, for the right price and good enough alcohol. So will his Maneaters mercenaries he takes with him everywhere. He's the most notable character in a neutral faction who can fight for basically anybody. It was between him and Greasus gold-- I mean Santa Claus, and I went for the more notable one. And the one I knew would have the most problems.

Apparently AoE EE which Reinhard canonically has done as his first move and a divine blessing that makes him immune to surprises while also making his first attack unmissable at least that was what I remember there is I remember more but well someone else will probably tell more so...

Its a sword slash along the lines of Reinhard's sword + you did have to prove Garou could portal away a ranged sword slash with law manip/cm type 2

He doesn't scale to Od Laguna + the DPs are constraints on the world. They are granted by Od Laguna, and it can also straight up take them away, its not something he can "copy"

It's your burden to prove that he can't. Unless the slash has a law that states that it can't be portal'd away, there's nothing stopping Garou from doing so.
