That's the thing... The examples still use "energy" as a creation source.

The main thing is that the "energy" turns into "something". Not that we have something "physical" that turns into something else physical.

If we don't count energy as a source, we would practically need to delete all "creation" abilities from most profiles... (with the exception of tier 0)
