As far as I can tell the Cat scales to 3000 Joules off of this, while Afton scales to 5140 Joules off of this. So Afton has an A.P advantage of 1.7x. I don't think that's significant enough to get around the Cat's superior mobility and invisibility. I'll wait for further arguments but I'm leaning the Cat from what I see on the profiles

I would say that maybe Cat might win this, because while William Afton has an Intelligence advantage, Cat has also a limited fear manipulation, which isn't much but its still something. Also, William's suit might activate, which would heavily hurt him.

the fear manipulation is so dogwater that it might as well not be there.

William's suit aint going off here. He's basically fully mobile in the suit, can have tasers and gunshots hit him and not set it off.
