Minor Boruto Revisions Part 2

This thread is built off this one, which I agreed to being closed until the arc ends. Now with the arc ending in the recent chapter, I think it's fine to reopen, however, I'd like to change the OP and add AP scaling for Boruto's Kama Progression.

Firstly, here's the new basic additions that should be on Boruto's page:

• Interdimensional Range for Uzuhiko (Uzuhiko tethered the planets rotational and kinetic energy of Earth to the Juubi Dimension)
  • Note : This is for its effects, not that Boruto can snipe you with Uzuhiko, so I'll be sure to place a note specifying this.
• Massive Rasengan to Notable Attacks (Boruto using Massive Rasengan against Mamushi)
• Energy Absorption (Kusanagi can absorb chakra from those who aren't registered to touch it)

Those will be the minor abilities Boruto will gain. Boruto will also get a new key where a weakness will be removed. In chapter 29, we see where Momo and Boruto's conversation left of, and how Boruto makes a deal with Momo, allowing him to take over his body so long as he kills Jura for him. Momo accept's this and tells Boruto that he can use whatever ability he could like if it would allow him to beat their foes even a second faster. Prior to this chapter, Boruto explains that he felt a sensation of death back when Code and Sasuke fought, which lead him to believing he can't control his Karma.

Now for AP, Boruto should get a higher with Kusanagi as Sumire altered the blade for maximum strength and cutting ability. He should get another higher with Uchiha Blade Jutsu : Hagoromo as it further increases sharpness for lethality.

Lastly, Boruto's Kama Progression should grant comparable scaling to Kawaki and Jura's 4-B. Boruto even after losing to Jura believes that Momoshiki's power can assist in killing Jura. This is consistent with Boruto's previous showing against Jura, where while bleeding out, can still somewhat hold his own, albeit, overpowered eventually, and with Karma providing an amp to both power, speed and experience, Boruto utilizing Karma Progression should grant full scaling to his narrative rival.

Agree with everything except interdimensional range for Uzuhiko. I'm pretty sure Boruto just confers energy to Code and it stays on him until he rescinds it unless I'm mistaken

He does, that's why its granted Status Effect Inducement, however, the effect requires the planets rotation for that chakra to cause the vertigo effect, which wouldn't be possible if he only had planetary range with Uzuhiko

You have to specify that it's the effects of Uzuhiko that stay, not that he can hit people in other dimensions like Naruto and the Limbo clones.
AKA he needs to hit you melee for Uzuhiko to effect you but once he does it affects you regardless of the dimension you reside

Yea I was planning to do that, similar to Itachi's genjutsu range being thousands of km but more so that he can control you post hitting you with it.
