Lookism - Expansion of Abilities and Powers [ACCEPTED]

Finally, after a long time, the abilities and powers section of the Verse is going to be updated. This CRT is only focused on adding some abilities, and there are still others pending that will be covered later. What I can say for now is that Mastery and Paths will be covered here.

Masterys, Special Mastery and Path: Masteries or Paths are among the characteristic abilities of the verse utilized by many characters. The linked blog provides a comprehensive list of the abilities involved; therefore, I will only present the specific attributions for each character in their respective profiles.

Power Mastery users:

In addition to this, I'd like to remove the abilities already linked to mastery in the profiles, as all those haxes are already indexed on the blog. As you can see, there are quite a few profiles, so I'll do this gradually as I add abilities and update the profiles, but anyone is welcome to do it.
In case anyone is wondering, the Mastery and Path will be indexed as: Mastery/Path (Type of mastery, special mastery or path. And the Path specifications are on a separate tab in the Powers and Abilities section)

Also, doesn't he have all but Conviction mastery confirmed? He had technique and speed against Seongji, then gained power, and I think it was stated he trained with Kitae to gain endurance, no?

Otherwise, I agree with the CRT.

I missed some because I wrote the CRT somewhat hastily, but I'll add them later. But yes, James Lee has Path, Technique, and only in his current stat will I put Endurance under "Possibly" depending on what happens in the next chapter.

I also added "mastery" as a type of mastery since I wasn't sure what other classification to use, as well as "invisible attacks," which is a mastery but different from the others. True Conviction, however, is not a mastery.

I agree with Technique Mastery. Speed Mastery seems odd to me, as it appears PTJ drew the chains in blue simply to visually represent their extreme speed, but there are no blue trails in any of Goo's other attacks.
 
As for the first panel regarding speed mastery, I don’t think it’s speed mastery, but the other panel is definitely speed mastery in my opinion. Paecheon uses power mastery, while Goo uses speed mastery

Jinyeong hasn't shown Endurance Mastery, but I think it's fine giving it to him since he can copy unique skills to perfection, which should include Tom Lee's. Manager Kim should be in Path since the raws imply that the Wires were obtained from forging it.

Agree with everything else.

If Jinyoung hasn't actually demonstrated Endurance Mastery, but can copy Tom Lee's Unique Skill and also copied Shingen, I think it makes sense to give it to him.

I thought you were going to argue about whether he had it or not, so I was going to leave it for another thread, but it's fine. Anyway, I'll do a CRT on his profile later.
 
I don't think Manager Kim should be counted as a Path user, because relying on raw translations messes up the scaling. Manager Kim himself admitted, his inferiority to Tom who is Pathless character making statements like this "I can't picture him to losing something at all," Despite having wires wrapped on his fists in that scene . Tom, who isn't a Path user, shouldn't scale above any Path user since he believes in "Path over Pathless." And that's why l don't think SMK should count as a Path user, because the only evidence is a Korean homonym. SMK being Path user also messes up the scaling cause constantly narrative has always implied Tom > SMK on multiple occasions

Currently, I'm not sure if we still consider the Path > Pathless stat valid, since Jinyoung himself, prior to his Path, performed better than Lil Daniel in a fight against Kitae. Furthermore, Lil Daniel UI stunned Kitae multiple times and significantly outperformed Lil Daniel's base form. Even assuming that, we have characters like Sophia Alexander who also has a Path, and other MK characters who can keep up with her.

Although otherwise yes, if the translation is a problem then MK could be removed from Path users.

Pathaniel and Pre-Path Jinyoung performed almost equally according to Principal Baekgeon, since he believed both of them nearly took out Kitae. The difference is that Daniel was in a much worse condition by Kitae's own statement, Daniel was barely able to walk, while Jinyoung only lost his thumb, which he realized after almost two chapters later. So if Pathaniel was healthy, he would have a much better chance than Healthy Pre-Path Jinyoung whose only chance against Kitae was with Conviction Punch and Shingen's technique (since Kitae says he can never win against him with his other techniques). That doesn't really disprove "Path over Pathless." I also think Ul should be treated as separate from those three abilities since it's its own thing. Like it had so much better performance Kitae himself said Adolescent Path Jinyoung and UI Daniel are equal


On top of that, I really think Sophia is a better candidate for being a Path user than SMK. Her scaling isn't messy because there's no direct or indirect statement linking her to Tom, so her scaling the doesn't really get whined up because of Tom like other Military Dads Trio (PTJ really should fix this cause it only blocks Trio's upscale) . Jincheol Park's and Dead Mansion's statements really hyped her up "Pinnacle of Russia," "The Strongest," and "The Strongest Bloodline on Earth," and her biggest plus point,that she can sense Path like every other Path user.
So that's why I think she is much better and safer option as Path user than SMK whose only evidence is Korean Homonym
 
James learnt Tom's fighting style from Elite, and still got BIQ-diffed.
He was so afraid of losing his legs that he forgot Tom was missing an arm.

Agree though doesn't Sinu also qualify for Speed Mastery since recent chapters? Same for Lineman (if I recall correctly)

Technically, yes, but since the Speed Mastery benefits are already included in Invisible Attack, it's a bit redundant to list it. Anyway, I'll add it to his profile.

And Lineman doesn't currently have a profile.

Tom is unpredictable, even for someone who's spent his entire life predicting and analyzing enemies, so it's not too surprising that he was able to pull off something like that.

What is surprising is what James will do after that, because if Goo survived that attack, James will too.

If all 3 of us are working on replacing scans then its better to divide the work so we all don't end doing the same stuff.

That said, leave Special Mastery and Own Path scan replacement to me.
