Arena description:

• A giant dome 500 meters wide and 800 meters tall.
• Colossal enclosed arena where the central battle platform stretches a full 500 meters across, comparable to a supersized football pitch but engineered for extreme-scale combat. The surface is a circular expanse of reinforced unbreakable metal of near material and composite plating, etched with concentric rings that help gauge distance and positioning during fights. At that scale, fighters can engage in high-speed movement, long-range attacks, and large-area abilities without immediately reaching the boundaries. At the exact center lies a small circular opening, deceptively modest compared to the arena’s size. This aperture drops straight down into a vast vertical shaft filled with water that extends three hundreds of meters below the surface.

Overflow:

• Far superior physical stats (5-C)
• Range
• Mobility (Equal, can fly with projectiles)
• Intelligence
• Experience

Cat Noir:

• Skills
• Cataclysm (can one shot Overflow via dura neg and High 5-A AP)
• Mobility (Equal, can fly with Space Suit)
• Superior LS 1,054,953,842.47 kg (Class G) (Overflow has 1,899,824.980 Metric Tons)

This is a who one-shot first match, Overflow would likely use his mobility far quicker than Cat Noir, Cat Noir needs to eat up a camambert for the power up and then transforms into Astro Cat, any attack from Overflow would knock out Cat Noir, Cat Noir could destroy the projectiles with Cataclysm, or he can dodge most of them and get close to Overflow and then touch him with Cataclysm, however his Cataclysm can be used once he will either try to destroy some of projectiles or try to get close to Overflow to one-shot him. Overflow can just outrange him with water/ice attacks easily i would say Overflow would win more times than not, via outranging and AP also if Cat Noir get closed Overflow can also throw a punch then knock out him. Both of them has wincons so that counts for profile, sadge.
