How does she not get caught by his many blood attacks? Like if he wants to stab her what happens?
 
To stab he'll have to get way closer, which she seems to be (barely) competent enough to avoid while starting her crow game and keeping her distance

Choso gets his most reliable wincon using the fact that she can dodge some ranged attacks to get closer by outsmarting her and then stabbing her or using an unavoidable Piercing Blood by calculating angles

She has no reason to use crows. And Choso isn't gonna put her in a dangerous enough situation like she was with the small pox. You made it 5m apart also. She's going in with the axe tbf. Just setting up supernova is enough to catch her from several meters remember. Her not knowing his abilities is gonna make this a stomp I fear.

So what, i make her have the Mechamaru earbud like Yuji had (meaning like 2mins of prep) but change it to other location so she doesn't try the same exploit?

Yeah the ear bud helps. Don't think she'll have a good plan in the same area they fought in either.
 
So ugh, at that starting distance what makes Choso not like use Flowing Red Scale: Stack heavily boosting his physicals and speed, overwhelming Mei-Mei?
 
Choso has more versatile combat method. Mei Mei main kit is crows. While she is good with hax I don't think Choso will get hit since his CQC are comparable to Shibuya Yuji. He should take it overall. Any crows throws at him can be shot down with his Blood manipulation techniques and long range can be covered with PB. Even with good acrobatic skills like Yuji was getting tagged by them I don't think Mei Mei can evade without getting a scratch. Just a small scratch should atleast put her down for 3 days (if we consider Choso blood is more potent than Modulo Yuji's Blood).

They're close overall, but the fact that Choso just needs to graze her once to win really makes odds lean in his favor. Piercing Blood near the start might just end the fight.

Everyone here still favoring Choso with Mei Mei having prior knowledge and the location of the fight now being SBA's? I'll start counting votes now
 
Both of them have Prior Knowledge… so Choso can prepare Supernova or even cusp his hands together to charge Piercing Blood for that long… making it stronger and faster.

It'll be closer but even when Yuji had knowledge on Choso's abilities, Choso still caught him lacking with his strategies

Oh Mei-Mei has Knowledge. Well honestly that still won't amount to much, especially since Yuji with Mechamaru's help of Blood Manip knowledge with the Sprinkler's water, Hard-countering Choso's Outside Blood and thus almost making his ability kit moot.

And with Choso's Prep as I said before, charge Supernova and/or Piercing Blood
