This profile is highlighting stats of the character within a (joke) fictional setting of the actual verse itself. Idk if this is allowed exactly but its the first i'm seeing of it. Theres calcs and stuff but they quite literally arent real feats because they take place in the film they all directed?

While the character is fictional in The Office (it's a movie made by characters in the verse), Threat Level Midnight WAS released as its own thing, as a full 'movie' separate from the main series
So I assume this profile is for Scarn from that spin-off release, not just the character from the movie in The Office

That doesnt make it a separate verse still...Its literally just a work of fiction within The Office and all the feats themselves are purposefully bad visual effects in the movie itself.

Thats not the same case because Ralph is a real living entity within the context of the verse (not a written fictional character like this). Being a character that the humans in-verse only think is fictional, but can consciously think on his own isnt comparable.
Also yeah, his existence and stats are all based within his own game via reality equalization (which theres a whole thread going on trying to adjust this) but that wouldnt work here

Same situation with Dogman. The Dogman comic we have irl is, in-universe, a comic book created by the main characters of the Captain Underpants series. But since the Dogman comics were released separately as a spin-off, we can treat it as such.

Definitely isnt a spinoff, took place within an actual episode. You wouldnt call something like the Family Guy Star Wars specials their own 'spin-off'.
Dogman has a ton of his own media so while its true its fictional in this context (So was the entire concept of Captain Underpants), theres at least some actual ground to treat it as its own series.
With this, we're settling on not only a non-combative verse, but a character acted by a normal guy in a movie thats meant to be a joke, with feats that dont make scale-able sense, and in-universe is a play-acted role of a movie.
Then the only other page on the verse scales them as they are.
Really dont think this qualifies still, and joke battles was literally made for stuff like this.

I mean. Family Guy Star Wars would be in its own continuity, I'd assume. Threat Level Midnight was indeed released as a standalone continuity, just within the same series (and also uploaded by itself on Youtube)

Well it feels like this is about to go into a loop but
A) No it wouldnt, it was literally just imagined up by Peter. We dont give characters stats for their dream sequences and parodies (unless they're like, a central part of a plot or made into an actual spinoff for instance)
B) Its a movie made in the actual show. It wasnt made into its own franchise separate from it, nor made a 'standalone continuity'. Its a special at best, which doesnt entitle it to its own verse (or at least shouldnt). And the context IN that verse of a standalone 'movie' is that its very obviously a work of fiction. At least with Dogman, he has his own comics and movie (and has a legacy), while also just originating from the same thing that made captain underpants in the first place.
C) The movie in itself is a huge joke and the feats that are scaled are purposefully made to be the worst special effects you've ever seen. The very feats that get calced dont even make sense contextually

'focus episode' and that episode is still part of the actual main series. It doesnt qualify as its own 'verse' just for that.

Cause its making pages and stats for a character of an intentionally badly written fictional movie in-verse (and we know the real character), that unlike smthn like Dogman which has context, gets no significant focus (no, an episode shouldnt usually cut it). You're literally out here trying to take feats about intentionally badly applied SFX seriously here, so thats why I think theres a line.

Trying to make this personal like im trying to 'delete a page you dont like', when not only do i like the office and the character, but have made it clear i have an issue with making focal keys for a canonical fictional bad acting role, and it isnt its own 'verse', isnt exactly practical. Dont start trying to create a false narrative here
The Office is a non-combative verse to begin with, and we're out here trying to make verses out of a literal joke 'movie' made by the characters in one episode. This is literally what joke battles wiki is for.
