Planning to kinda change that, but it isn't really... The abilities from the devil fruit work and function like any other ability, the misconception that devil fruit abilities are like magic or something unique is the problem some people aren't grasping


(That thinking instead would kind of make sense and work for sea stones and devil fruits. Being a function and neutralizer for the Devil Fruits' existence itself because of them being created "unnaturally".) Haki is simply just using ones will to overpower and counter things in general, affecting and counteracting abilities even from Devil Fruits

Match Rules

• 3 days are given to both participating users to debate. Regardless of circumstances, I will decree the outcome of the match after the 3 day for the sake of the tournament's pacing. While they may/may not be added to the profiles, further votes can be given so that these matches are eligible to be added to the respective character's profiles
  • If you no longer have any reason or motivation to continue participating in this tournament, notify in the thread to have your combatant removed (and depending on the tourney time, a replacement can be issued)
• Inconclusive matches are also subject to the above rule, but I will issue a coin flip to decide who advances (unless the votes have a 3-4 vote difference, at which it is completely subject to the first rule instead)

Extended Rule Addition:
This is not a new rule, it's just an expansion of previous rules.

• In case where matches are stuck for 3 days and 6+ hours time period and votes are 9-9 or 10-9 with constant FRA train and both parties are not able to come to a conclusion. I would have to remove them from the tournament (either they agree to be removed or both agree to make their match incon and take the Coinflip route).

A lot of time and energy has been put in to making matches only to find out they do no lose to tier setter which hurts the purity of the tournament.
I know you all are eagerly waiting for your matches, so today a decision shall be made by all of you, no VPN no IP duplicate.
A poll to decide this. You all have two options to vote:
1- Should we allow them to take new characters and I RE-DO Round 1
2- Should we remove them from tournament and proceed with this becoming a 15-bracket tournament
(Everything remains the same as far as brackets goes, no match up changes at all just basic removal i have backet 15 combatants version already made ready before this tourney even began lol)
