NANAMI VS ALASTOR

The rules are stated here.
The battle takes place in The Immortal Fish Tank:
  • An Giant unbreakable fish tank arena 200 meters wide and 100 meters tall arena this is a giant fish tank. Matches will start with 28% water touching combatants knees every 5 minutes. Since the tank is 100 meters tall, a 20% increase means the water level rises by 20 meters every 5 minutes. tournament is going to turn into an underwater battle much faster than the characters might expect.
Nanami: Nonynho, Anonymous_Learner,
Alastor: ShionAH,
Inconclusive:

The battle taking place in a giant fish tank is very debilitating for Choso because his weakness is water. The sprinklers in the bathroom in the fight against Yuji severely limited his options with it. Let alone being submerged in a several hundred foot large tank.

Should I change arena?

s*, i thought by being in Group A, Choso wouldn't have to fight in here
There is basically nothing he can do here, so yeah, it'll have to be floating heaven

Well, the main reason of this is because I alternate between arenas.

welp, any match in the tank is very likely a Choso loss, immediately
Want me to change characters? I can bring up someone with the same rating from the verse who just got another gimmick

Well, if you want to. If it's a 100% stomp, then feel free to change. I'll just make sure he won't have ALL battles in the water arena. I just made that after the group battles, they will take place in the Colosseum, so he won't have that problem if he goes on.

Would you rather me changing the character to keep varying the arenas or keep Choso but he's always in the sky one?

Well, teleporting seems troublesome for Panda but nothing he can't deal with, same for tentacles or minions, as stamina is not Panda's main trouble
If he can't deal substantial damage, he'll change the form to the Gorilla one, whose duraneg seems will be troublesome for Alastor as Panda's a competent cqc fighter and will be exploring the weakness of his chest wound

ngl i think i'm cooked for the rest of the tournament

Yeah, problem is that Panda (according to this) is the second weakest character of the tournament

The ever-so-benevolent Alastor Altruist really went out of his way to map ratio lines onto his body before the fight, just to make things easier for Nanami. Truly a saint.

ok, for real this time, tentacles aren't hard to deal and Nanamin'll go dismembering Alastor if possible
How fast is Alastor's regen?

Smaller injuries get regened instantly, though I don’t know about having his limbs removed entirely.

Their gap should be of 1.16x in AP naturally, but as it is part of Nanamin's main strategy is dismembering, and he can pull Black Flashes beside his technique debuffing and durannegging, besides that, what Alastor's getting descripted as his usual strategy, Nanamin should have no trouble dealing with his teleporting and tentacle summoning

welp, if that was Alastor's defense, i'll vote Nanami for the reasons i spoke about

I mean yeah CE shenanigans pretty much counter Al's kit, though it does seem like Al's High-Mid regen isn't restricted

So we just gonna ignore how Alastor's baseline frequency just sits above the coherence ceiling? How is Nanami's desaturation on his level again?
