But yeah, here is why I don't think Boa would solo this.
Some Characters here have a "Unique" protected mind and emotions, so SI will not work. (Unless you argue that they can get past the unique resistance).

I mean if you ignore the fact that she's a highly skilled martial artist and a master Haki user with all 3 types. It also fully depends on how the "unique" resistance works in the first place.

My point was that it would not have been a "stomp". (It would require them to get past stuff that requires IM2 and stuff to interact with, that kinda resistance)
If we talk about hax, we have some stronger haxlords here, I won't debate "Skill" though, since that stuff is beyond me.
(SO I could only argue for my own character, Hakurou. (No issues with her devil fruit and Conqurers for reasons above, her armour haki will either be dealt with through Durability negation (That works on Low2C characters with barriers), and can amp himself in Speed.
Regarding observation Haki, I am not sure exactly how it works, so I can't argue for that.

Likely not gonna work, If I understand things correctly, it will be a flat-out stomp for Hakurou.
To explain further, Boa does not resist the passive hax all Tensura monsters have through their "aura", nor does she have any way to deal with a 1000x amp in speed.
