Anyway I agree with this I think if the whole universe was shaking just from activating the cartridge alone, it would be really impressive for one of Screwllum's regular bodies to survive getting completely decked during that initial rush of punches from SW999 with no visible damage whatsoever (unless we're on that Screwllum agenda then go off I guess).

As usual, Kamen Rider be catching strays here. At least his power level is ever consistent and doesn't flop from tier 1 to tier 3 or 4 every other second.

"His power level is ever consistent" Yeah sure because I didn't know you could just jump to High 1-A immediately despite having only 1-A (1 layer) below that in which Shallow Vernal's H1-A being nuked is mainly because there's no 1-A+ structure in the verse, I'd like to see the day where Kamen Rider gets jobbed by Ultraverse mfs if you're asking me though

Wonder Almighty Saber and Real World Zi-O says hi, which is literally why Oma Zi-O is in the clear for getting High 1-A. I guess you could say Vernal's reasoning is too SHALLOW.
