Shiggy one shots with any attacks his Deco is op and with danger sense İTS extremely to difficult to tag him
Althoug Sasuke is weak but he has better abilitys with Ems like amaterasu Tsukuyomi kagutsuchi and his reactions like on par with hiraishin so neither probably blitzes but sasuke got the edge with ana/PRE he will now what shiggy can do and probably goes for Perfect susanoo immeadietly and either use genjutsu or amaterasu to finish shiggy
Plus Brother İTS better to specify that you should acknowledge the distance they start cuz base sasuke speed is relativistic ( this May not matter cuz sasuke got huge reaction speed with MS ) still shiggy could touch hım with enough time
