tldr;
Hax wise, there isn't anything that's detrimental to Goro because Tricky doesn't in character target people with most of them, but survivability wise Tricky's basically can't reasonably be put down permanently without destroying the improbability drive in his head.

It's in his head, so Goro could theoretically do it on accident if he like blew up Tricky's head, it's just difficult.
But again, if he isn't successful, Tricky would be pissed to high heaven.
