Kiriko has Mid-Low Regeneration so The Player's physical attacks and their Deep Cuts ability probably won't be effective against her,.
The Player's Tiger's Breath and Nine Lives abilities can be dodged using Kiriko's Acrobatics and Teleportation respectively.
Kiriko is also smart enough to avoid stepping on The Player's Warding Scrawl, and assuming she does end up stepping on it her Mid-Low Regeneration can prbably heal off the damage, unless of course the damage goes beyond what Mid-Low Regeneration can heal off.
So far the only things that could be effective against her is The Player's Lion's Roar and their Menacing Fangs abilities, however the former will very likely end up backfiring against them as Kiriko will likely retreat using her Teleportation(which goes further than The Player's Teleportation) which in turn will result in her being outside the range of all of The Player's offensive abilities, on top of that she'll likely decide to keep her distance for the rest of the fight to avoid being affected by Lion's Roar again. So I'd say Kiriko takes this one.

Is this with or without mortal wound?

Well that would depend on how quickly The Player resorts to using it, and whether or not they would specifically pull it out before using Lion's Roar. As I'm assuming that Mortal Wound has the same range as The Player's other abilities so if they force Kiriko to retreat using Lion's Roar before using the former then she'll be out of the abilities' range and will likely keep her distance for the rest of the fight.

Huh. This feels suspiciously similar to a previous match where the cat’s opponent had superior range and AP, only here it looks like some of the AP and stamina was exchanged for regen. I think it’s possible for Kiriko to be outlasted here, but I’m not going to vote yet.
