Stolas and Moxxie's VAs, so Stolas teaching Via her magic is def more concrete
 
Taking advantage of the topic, how exactly does the Hierarchy influence the power of the characters currently? Like, it's definitely not absolute, and it's greatly influenced by social power rather than raw power itself. But it's still made clear in the fight against Andrealphus that a member of the Demon Royalty losing or having trouble with IMPs was ridiculous and shameful, and Overlords are explicitly stronger than common Sinners. So even if it's not absolute, and can be contradicted depending on the case, it still seems like a good support in other situations.

You could honestly make an arguement for most Hellaverse characters to be leeches in some way. Like Husk and Niffty, they canonically leech off Alastor's power

It's probably a case by case thing.
Like Hellhounds are ranked lower than Imps, and most of them look like non-threatening domestic dogs, but some like Loona, Vortex and Stolas' guards pose a danger to Imps.

Imo it only refers to the average of each group

Doubt average Sinners are that strong either, their place is 100% just due to their immortality.

And the fact that a lot of them partake in turf wars semi-regularly.
And their possible unique abilities.

I think the Hierarchy involves more raw power for the Sinners, since power matters more in their society. It's no coincidence that Vox is fighting for the title of strongest Sinner.

I love how the Sinners/Overlords thought Alastor could be defeated by Angels, and when Angels become combative in the public eye, the next option is Lucifer.
 
Might have to delay the crt to make a sandbox for Octavia (and to give more proper justification for things in my starter post so staff won't have to read through 16 Pages of back and forth from supporters) to tomorrow, i'm a bit behind cuz i've been unable to get to my computer that i'm currently using today. apologizes, pals. Not to worry, the CRT is indeed mega and will be...something at the very least. Probably the biggest Hellaverse CRT since the Tier 5 one
