Not a go to move, range. It was agreed the only time she reliably wins is if she gets close enough to use this other than that, it was 50-50 depending on who can beat the breaks off the other faster to which Tatsumaki will win most of the time. Zeshia is primarily a magic swordswoman, less magic attacks, more sword usage, heroes just abuse the hell out of barriers most of the time.

Besides I can't in good faith say the 10x power reduction will surely affect speed. The times it was stated to/could happen required overtime exposure so it's better to throw that out the window

Bruh, if it's overtime effect, we can safely forget about this ability(x10 times AP reduction is irrelevant when Gerson is already much weaker statwise).
So, Gerson used Green Mode, and puts her under danmaku. What exactly she gonna do if she is under unavoidable attack like this (only reason SOUL didn't get damaged is due to Gerson being fully capable of holding back damage).

It still matters cause the chains restrain the person + sealing. She has her own danmaku + the ability to erase the attacks and return fire of her own. She also has speed amps
How would he do that? If it's by knocking it back, it'll still count as blocking or it touching you which'll still spawn the chains.

So if I am understanding correctly, she has move with range of hundred of meters. Even if you dodge it, you still get chains spawned on you, which restrain+seal you?
How significant of speed amps?
Also, why is she sub-rel+ on profile, while linked statistical value shows 3c?

It's basically a projectile with the added effect of malediction magic (holy curses that'll create unfavorable/detrimental effects should the condition set be fulfilled). Both times it was used, it was set to spawn if you block the projectile with anti-magic, second time someone used it, the condition was if they avoided it, then the chains will spawn.
That's the full gist of it.

in that case she just seals him before he tp's out of the way which then turns this into a stomp since he can't do anything to prevent that
