They are capable of activating their marks and red blades. Obanai can still use his STW.

Mark Giyu and Obanai can activate mark anytime they want to.

Douma is still going to goof around and not go all out either if they start in base

So they activate their mark before the fight? İf its the case they csn activate it but. İf they didnt , doumas bda would block it since hashiras need to has high tempature.
Doumas place is cold from the start

this only matters for the initial activation of the mark if they never obtained a mark before. this doesnt matter if they already have the mark.
