Snipe is a character who has Multi-cityblock level and hypersonic on a REVOLVER with his quirk, and we can't give the hellaverse that same benefit of the doubt that the guns just scale to whatever they have to?

Yeah ngl one thing that I dislike about scaling Hazbin here is that whenever downgrades happen we are like “welp that was bound to happen” like it’s fate or something. At least fight for it and if you fail, you call it a day, instead of just giving up from the start, yknow.Literally what even is the argument, why are we acting like it’s an unstoppable fate lmao?

Still though, the AP was my problem. And I can use this because why does that one instance count as bullets upscaling but the hellaverse is downgrading people? I just want to know what the reasoning was to make Snipe special even when his bullets are supposedly normal and his quirk is just bad aimbot

Without relativistic KE? Sure. I do think it can be higher considering Heaven is larger than Earth. This depends on whether we assume which of the realms is earth-sized.
