Just a teaser of the speed scaling, if the Supersonic Base Alastor calc isn't accepted or just goes unevaluated for a while before the CRT comes out, Everyone (besides 100% Vox, Demon form Alastor, Shok.wav, Full Power Alastor, Adam, and Lucifer) will be subsonic+ with Niffty and Base Weakened Alastor having Subsonic travel speed

We had them there previously (thanks to me) due to their bullet timing having no calcs and it being a standard assumption on many profiles that bullet dodging is subsonic or supersonic depending on how frequent it is.
However, we have multiple calcs of I.M.P.'s bullet dodging and they're all subsonic to subsonic+ so they'll just scale to the calcs and we don't have to make assumptions

There are multiple things supporting it being lightning and, in the upgrades, upscaling to baseline 8-C off Cherri's bombs will be possible or just them upscaling Pentious when he went to heaven and endured his Large building feat. Things involving calculations aren't exactly foolproof; a feat can be calculated in many different ways, and anyone can find problems with method x or find method y more precise. Like, look what happened with Undertale.

Sure, just can't quantify it since the electricity thing is so wonky right now. I hear the CRT about it's speed is still going. The Mach 1.6 baseline seems to still be in use for now though
