TBF to The Gun Devil, Pochita's Mach 6000 is combat speed. Travel speed wise, He Upscales quanxi's Supersonic speed and is Mach 2731.17 when he kicks his heart

as of right now, without any sort of calc, Part 1 Pochita runs at being immensely but unqualifiably superior mach 1.1 (aka supersonic). he uses his chains to move around, sure, but he still supersonic so, unless Pochita starts off with throwing his heart at rhe gun devil (he won't), the gun devil has the travel speed advantage (though, as we know, if he runs too long, he'll generate too much K.E. and basically die so that's technically a wincon for Pochita)

This is also a wincons, but considering Pochita has actually died and come back to life many times in the past and used that to defeat her enemies, I don't think that would stop Pochita from approaching Gun Devil and eating it. Pochita could also gradually erased Gun by eating Gun's bullets, as they are also a part of Gun's body.

hm, even with the final explanation i still think gun takes this 51% of the time, specially since they start soooooooooooo far away from one another
