1. Supercharge his tail and duplicate his tail or rather "energy tenticles" boosting and amplifying their energy
   maybe we can give it Bolidy Weapon or Body Control as his tail is part of his body. (As seen below)
   
2. Weapon Creation (As seen below. Can transform his tail into a blade and slice concrete)

• Each clones on average weight a billion pounds with Durability and Strength higher and higher per clone (stated to be Double Strong). To the point even top tier character in the show like Kevin with his aliens can't even crack him and he just stand still casually & tanks it and Kevin got hurt instead, His durability is too high. to be honest (you can put both of them in the category of weapon creation)

because the tail itself is made up of Shock Rock Dna is described as "pure energy" (so it's not really a tail, it's just energy manipulation)
and it's being used as a weapon so I guess technically Weapon creation could work for both.

I believe XLR8 could have Empowerment via Supercharge, then generic energy or electricity and thread manipulation, as while part of his body, I seem to read it's said to be pure energy?
Weapon creation's fine.

The "billion pound" statement is clearly pronounced as a hyperbole to convey the idea of how heavy they are, it's not to be taken literally. But the ability's fine, but I'd call make it Empowerment as well.

Resistance to Sound is fine but I'm against resistance to energy because most of the times it's just durability and strength since most energy attacks are purely kinetic energy at the end of the day and here it seems to be sci-fi sound energy that pretty much acts the same way.
To grant resistance to energy, in my view, you'd need clear evidences of a character being built in such a way to directly resist a precise type of energy due to physiology or powers.

I'd leave Echo Echo's duraneg to him alone because it appears to be a precise employment of sound on his part and not a universal property that applies to all weaponized sounds.

And again tap it to turn into Omni Naut.
