Hello all! It's been over a year and a half since I last hosted a tournament, and lately I've felt that itch again, and Exsenna's latest tourney just ended so here we are. FCOC's forum is generally less active than it was around two years ago, so I'm hoping to revive it through this as well. The first Country Class tourney was very active, so here's to hoping.
Anyway, exactly like before, this is a 'Country Class tourney', meaning that any character whose AP value falls into the country-level spectrum is permitted. A lot of the rules will be the same, although I'm going to be more lenient towards hax this time around since I would like some strong challengers. Speaking of, as far as submissions go, I'd like anyone who plans to enter here to only submit a character they believe has a good chance to win. If you think they'll get stomped, don't put them in. This should make for more interesting debates.
High 6-B characters will be looked at through a more strict lens due to this tourney allowing characters they could easily one shot. Abilities which allow someone to surpass High 6-B will also not be allowed, including powers such as reactive evolution and the like.
Without further ado, on to the rules. They are virtually the same as the first country tourney.
Ground Rules:
Characters who reach Tier Low 6-B, 6-B, and High 6-B are allowed to participate in this tournament. But there are a few rules to determine the hax levels these characters are allowed to have, including:

- No time hax, plot hax, fate hax, or any similar power which can completely override a battle.
- Regeneration is allowed to range from Low to High-Mid, no higher is permitted.
- Optional equipment is restricted unless specified.
- The People Fighting start 100 Meters away from each other.
- Submit 2 characters at Max.
- Vs Battles Characters aren't encouraged, but will be accepted if there is waning participation.
- Any ability surpassing High 6-B is completely restricted.
- All matches have Speed Equalized.
- All matches take place in an endless, empty, flat plain. Zero environmental advantages. This rule will not apply if a specific character cannot survive beyond a specific environment.
- Provide exact AP values when possible.
- Only submit profiles that will not be subject to any substantial updates in the near future.
- Only submit characters you believe have a good chance to win.
- No updating the abilities in profiles during the tourney's runtime.

- Hax will be judged on a case by case basis.
