[Game of Thrones] Speed Downgrade

Currently, most characters have Superhuman speed (via upscaling from Peak Human speed) with Subsonic reactions based on this calc, there are two problems with that. The first is that the calculated speed is 9.30187899 m/s, which is Athletic Human speed (not Peak Human, which starts at 10.03 m/s), so they should be downgraded from Superhuman to Peak Human via upscaling from it. The second is that, as indicated by a CGM in the calc, the Subsonic speed doesn't qualify as reactions, but as perception time/speed, so it should be changed accordingly.

Armoured guy with sword number fifty-something. It's an issue some verses have where lots of characters have almost the same stats but are added en masse. They don't always need to be removed, of course.
