I'd take this without even trying to find loopholes. As it is, in the context of me living in real life, it only adds benefits. I'd get Infinity, and to use this free superpower, it drains my stamina to the same extent jogging does. That's totally fair and useful. I find the most difficult part of jogging is keeping a pace that's slow enough to count as jogging instead of a faster version of running, so I can skillfully preserve my stamina. When using Infinity, I wouldn't need to worry about the pace of my movement, and my stamina would just automatically be used as if I were jogging properly.
I'm not sure what exactly you mean by "it's only applicable to visual effects." In the way I imagine it, I can spawn "visual-only" confetti to celebrate someone doing something cool, and by "visual-only" I mean it's intangible confetti that doesn't have material so it's only use is for people do see it in the moment. For another example, maybe I could make zany funny faces using shapeshifting, but the shapeshifting can't be used to do something like turn body parts into tools nor change my state of matter to suit a situation, it's purely for emoting and stuff like that. Cosmetic toon force is just fun in the way I imagine it, but I'm not sure you imagine it the same way as I do.
I'd take this without even trying to find loopholes. As it is, in the context of me living in real life, it only adds benefits. I get a list of free superpowers, and the caveat is just that I don't get increased physical stats to keep me safe. So, all that happens is I get free superpowers and I need to be careful not to destroy myself.
This implies I have a lease to a pocket universe for the monthly cost of a two bedroom apartment. If I can sell the lease, I'd sell the lease to a wealthy corporation or government for billions of dollars, because I'm sure there are powerful forces out there that would leap at the opportunity to harvest a planet without negative consequences and I would rather profit from this ability than proceed with paying rent for a personal parallel universe with no life on it. (I wouldn't keep all that profit to myself, by the way.)
That would be fun if being fictional doesn't mean I'm technically dead.
It "looks realistic" but I don't get hurt from the elasticity, right? In that case, it's just a free superpower and I'd keep it a secret from most people.
