This feels very stompy because Jenny's main fighting style is mostly melee with some ranged attacks thrown in every now and then but this is literally Grievous' bread and butter. It doesn't help that he also basically has the Sharingan too so he can read her like a book and on top of that any moves that Jenny does that he can physically replicate and finds useful will be cannibalized into his own fighting style.

i mean, Jenny is significantly more versatile with stuff like electricity manip that Grevious doesnt resist
also can drag him around the battlefield with magnetism manip + a huge LS advantage
most of what she does cant be replicated too due to being tech-based

That's the problem though, she never opens with this stuff and always tries raw stats and combat skill at first before going with hax or outsmarting enemies. This is the kind of opponent Grievous excels at fighting and I never said he'd copy her tech or whatever, I said he'd have her entire fighting style recorded in his brain chip and will be able to pick it apart, cannibalizing anything he might find useful to himself but mostly using it to read her like a book.
