Yea the status effect stuff + AD give her the advantage here. I wouldve argued fate manip for sakura but the fate manip seems very specific and isnt actually affect haru’s fate either so yh

Pretty sure every Street Fighter character can stun their foe or has been stunned then quickly recovered after being hit again.

Sakura also has some ranged options that could punish haru from afar/jumping into her with her shinku hadoukens.

I am pretty sure you confused the profiles, this is something Sakura does, notthing compares in the uma profile.

Well, then it depends on the skill gap since Haru trains basic stuff while Sakura has an improvised version of the overall superior ansatsuken + training with Ryu/being comparable if not superior to Karin who is a world champion genius level fighter, who beat Enero, the leader of the Shadaloo Dolls, who gave all world warriors (and fang) some trouble before going down

Then it depends on how good haru’s advanced development is. also haru takes the LS department so she could literally just hold sakura down if needed

Sakura has ranged options, and some moves like her ex shunpyaku ends with a kick that sends the foe flying back. So its clear Haru would be the one that needs to get closer to Sakura to use her LS.

Sakura also could tech break the grab. (tho, that might be a bit game mechanics). or just use any of her close ranged dragon fist and spinning moves (mostly Haru Ichiban), which might be too low for Haru's usual grab range.

tldr if Haru tries to grab Sakura from a standing position, Sakura can use Haru Ichiban and other spinning moves that are from the waist down, which usually bypasses grabbing attempts from like, Zangief and other grapplers.
