From what I'm understanding (I might be wrong), Creature can just call random other creatures to help him fight. Am I right? And if it works, couldn't just Creature call other creatures and make them fight for him?

Gonna vote Dog. the poison isn't going to kill him in one hit, it will likey take time and more the one hit of poison to take him down, unlike a shotgun to the face witch is a lot better at killing, and even if Creature summons backup I'm pretty sure that's on a cooldown, so Dog will likey just have to put up wiith one wave of backup

Calling creatures has cooldown to use again but the swarm of creatures are kept for a long time, I will vote creature as the summoned allies probable are enough to keep the dog distracted to maw he to death
