In equal speed, reactions moreless stay (at least, if they're higher than combat speed) so Yuji has a 1.65x reaction speed advantage, has a 84.08x LS advantage due to scaling to maki's feat (125,959.27947 Metric Tons), poisonous blood that he can make explode should it land on deku with sharp Shrine.
Black flashes boost Yuji's A.P (in a single strike) by 2.5x as of this thread (even if hasn't been implemented yet due to) so, if he gets locked in, he'll do some damage to deku (as long as he doesn't hit his country level armor)
And, above all, a domain expansion.
Deku's gonna be put through the ringer with this one

I'm with Anonymous as well, Yuji has the more outright wincon with his domain, but in a full fledged flight, I see Deku outperforming Yuji in nearly every aspect that I can't really imagine it being very close. Izuku's words are also pretty powerful, i'd imagine it would touch someone like Yuji to the point that he would not open his domain to kill Deku.

Its SBA they're in character. Social influencing is a genuine win con for fights and has been for previous Deku matchups. The fight wouldnt even reach Domain stage.
