Gobta is getting a new key, his new tier will be 10-C, wait what? (Tensura Light Novel)

With my speed rework in progress, I have decided to prepare it by adding new (old) keys to existing characters here. This is to make the chain scaling and actual rating far more solid in the long run, and make them easier to implement.

What is new?
Added a new key for his "goblin" self, meaning before he was given a name.
New statistics for his "first" key
Moved some abilities from his "pre-harvest festival key" to "goblin" key.
Added some new abilities from Volume 1, sidestory

*Here, it was pointed out some missing stuff for the Goblin Key, here it was added.

I think 1 should be enough, since no new ability is added, and the statistics are pretty self-evident. (not to mention it's only 1 profile)
Though I wouldn't mind getting more

From my own experience during school physical activity, they are within "average human" levels

Edit - adding more context
During our run for 60 meters.
Most people ran it between 8-10 seconds, with the slowest around 12 or so, and some ran much faster. (So, placing kids in average human speed seems fully reasonable..)

I have already mentioned this on Discord, but the answer is "no". But to not make this into a more complicated matter, I have added the removal of magic sense from the profile's without it to my to-do list for the future.

1) At the start of the chapter he managed to outrun several adults, so we can solidify his speed
2) It was mentioned that goblins communicate via something alike to Thought Communication, so can be Telepathy
3) His weapon during that chapter. A knife with a fire enchantment. We can add it to equipment
4) Can we give him Supernatural Luck? His luck was highlighted repeatedly I'm that chapter, with at least 5 extreme instances

Here is the thing.... Most of these are for "Gobta", right? Meaning that it's for the Pre-harvest festival key, not his goblin one....

Though the thought communication was something I forgot... thank you. (I will now move that ability to the goblin key)

• Supernatural Luck (Even as a goblin Gobta was extremely lucky

• Fire Manipulation With fire knife (The dagger is capable of using fire magic, however such items have a very limited durability, so it can only be used a very limited amount of times.)

• • Magic, Law Manipulation, Subjective Reality, Reality Warping & Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1; Magic manipulates the Laws of the World)
• • Non-Physical Interaction (Abstractions [Type 1: Law & Concept {Type 1} & Information {Type 2}] & Intangibility & Incorporeality; Magic is capable of harming Spiritual Life-Forms who have no physical body)

Gobta is capable of out-runnning adult humans too

Can we bump Gobta to athletic at bare minimum?

I don't know the context (given i'm not even trying LOL) but given how the verse has adventurers guilds and stuff, any chance the goblins he outran were adventures (meaning they are fit to hunt monsters even if low level and perform low level tasks)

Tbh, placing him there would make sense, but I am low-balling it for safety, the main thing is that I am not sure how fast the adventures where chasing him are... SO yeah... and any small change here, will affect the rest of the scaling chain hard.

So yeah, I think the rating would be fine, but I am not sure if the staff would agree with the current evidence we got...
